For
airport collections all
parking charges where applicable are extra. 60
minutes of waiting time is included on all airport
collections. We would appreciate a call to let the
driver know when you are on your way.
At the time of
booking please
quote the number of passengers and quantity of
luggage to assist in supplying you with the most
suitable vehicles. Waiting time if applicable
charged @ £0.30
/ minute.
Payments is accepted in the
following methods Cash or Cheque or Credit Cards.
With all credit card transactions there is a
clearance house-surcharge of 15%. please book at
least 10 days in advance for cheque payments. Your
booking will not confirmed until the clearance of
the cheque payment.
For all
airport collections
please supply us with the flight no and arrival
time and terminal in order for us to check the
flight for any delays etc. However we cannot be
responsible for any misinformation supplied by
either the consumer or our source of flight
information.
we will arrive at the
pre-arranged meeting place 20 minutes after the
flight has landed in order to give you time to
collect your luggage etc. Should you be held up in
luggage reclaim longer than 1 hour we ask that you
telephone us to make us aware the delay.
We will also need a mobile no
of the person who is traveling even we realize hat
is not always possible.
Should you wish to preserve an
exact vehicles or any special please check
availability at time of booking.
In certain situation beyond our
control the company reserve the right to provide a
different vehicle of a similar requirements i.e.
breakdown etc.
The price quoted is the price
you will pay (exchanging any additional parking.
waiting charges or deviations from the original
booking etc). Extra charges have to be settled by
Cash payment only. Should a client not show the
client will be invoiced for the total amount of
the cost.
Cancellation will require a
minimum of 24 hours notice prior to the arranged
pick up time. If 24 hrs notice is not given then
the total price is chargeable to the client.
Should a cancellation be made 24 hours before the
arranged pick up time, then all pre
payments/deposits will be refundable.
All
online bookings should be
made 24 hours before your time of arrival.
Kids must use the correct child
seat until they are 135cm tall or age 12.
We reserve the right to end the
journey if you or your party's behavior is
unacceptable in any way. We shall not accept legal
responsibility for any extra cost incurred by
you/your party as a result of us ending the
journey.
Clients baggage carried in our
cabs is entirely at the clients own risk. We do
not accept any liability for loss or damage to any
baggage, goods or contents in our cars.
For the purpose of the Data
Protection Act 1998 we, Mk City
Cabs are a data
controller. In order to process your booking we
need to collect certain personal details from you.
These will include, where applicable the names and
address, credit. debits cards or other kind of
payments details and special requirements such as
those relating to any disability which may affect
the booking and any dietary restrictions which may
disclose your religious beliefs. If we need any
other personal details, we will tell you before we
obtain them from you.
In order to process your
booking we may share your information with our
subcontractor or other involved third party or
supplier. We will provide only the personally
identifiable information necessary to ensure the
successful fulfillment of your travel
arrangements. The information may also be provide
to security or credit checking companies or as
required by law.
If the Service delivered is not
what you booked or is not performed with the
reasonable skill and care due to the fault of our
employees, agents or suppliers,
Mk city Cabs will
refund the price you paid and if the service is
nor performed at all, we will refund the priced
you paid together with reasonable costs due to the
failure.
