Q: When I am picked up from the airport who will pay for the parking?

A: Parking charges are paid by the clients and we will come inside the terminal to pick you up.

Q: Can I be picked up from out site the airports?

A: Yes. You will need to supply us with your mobile number.

Q: What if I want to cancel my booking? ?

A: You can cancel your booking giving us 24 hour notice before pickup or drop off. If we have been notified a 24 hours before then there are only administration charges of 10% for the cancellation.

Q: Is there an extra charge for extra pickup and drop off?

A: Yes, there is a charge. You will need to let us know at the time of booking.

Q: How much luggage can I bring in the cab?

A: As much as you want but at the time of booking, please notify us the type of car you need.

Q: Can I make a booking on line?

A: Yes. you can just fill in our online booking form and we will notify your confirmation within 24 hrs.

Q: Can I smoke in the cab?

A: No, Our cabs operate a strict non smoking policy.

Q: What if my flight is early or delayed?

A: We will be monitoring your flight and our driver will enter the airport 15 mins after your flight has landed.

Q: What happens if there are traffic delays going to the airport?

A: We will not accept any responsibility for missed flight due to traffic delays, accident, breakdown or any unforeseen circumstances. Please allow enough time for to your journey

Q: Can I pay in cash?

A: Yes, please pay the driver in Pounds Sterling (£) at the end of the journey.

Q: Do you ever use outside contractors?

A: Occasionally due to unforeseen circumstances we may have to use other company's to cover bookings however this is extremely rare.

Q: Does the traffic in London/Mk affect the price I am quoted?

A: No, none of our taxis have meters, so the price you are quoted will be the price you pay, no matter how long the journey takes.
